The Stranger by Albert Camus

This was one of my manditory books I had to read for my Humanities class this semester (In other words not my first choice of reading). So when I purchased this book I was expecting to get something absolutely boring like most of the readings that he imposed on me. When starting this I immediately changed my mind, this book has some depth to it, not just depth but it was actually interesting. So as soon as I started reading I finished it lol no lie it took me maybe 30 minutes to read but I loved the meaning to this book. This book is definitely based on Existentualism, because the protagonist in this story doesn't put meaning into his decisions. I really don't want to give any details to this story, because it is truly bizzare how the story unravals. To keep it short the protagonist mother dies, he is emotionless, this leads to his life being more emotionless and he doesn't care.

Recommendation: 5.5/10
